We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team at eMachineShop. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products within our operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a reliable attendance record.

Shipping & Receiving Clerk - Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming items from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met
• Pack and ship products with care, utilizing appropriate packaging materials and methods
• Match orders with correct items, ensuring accurate and timely shipments to customers
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts
• Assist in the machine shop as needed, including but not limited to operating machinery and performing basic maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any shipping or receiving issues

Shipping & Receiving Clerk - Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in counting parts accurately, with a strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to use our shipping software (full training provided)
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Reliable attendance and punctuality, understanding the critical role it plays in the overall operations
• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required
