Citizens State Bank is looking for a highly skilled Senior IT Network & Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, with advanced knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems, virtualization, cloud computing, security, scripting, storage, monitoring, communication, and leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and troubleshoot network infrastructure components, including switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless access points.
• Manage and maintain Windows Server and Desktop operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Implement and manage virtualization technologies, such as Hyper-V, and virtualization concepts, including virtual machine creation, management, and migration.
• Work with cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure, and have experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment models.
• Implement and maintain network security principles, including firewalls, VPNs, SSL/TLS, and intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS).
• Develop and automate scripts using PowerShell to automate tasks and processes.
• Manage storage technologies, such as SAN, NAS, and RAID, and have experience with storage systems administration.
• Analyze network traffic using monitoring and management tools to diagnose issues.
• Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Lead projects and teams, and mentor and train junior staff.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
