Responsibilities:
Job Summary: The senior human resource generalist will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and work closely with senior HR management in supporting designated geographic regions. Must have systems integration experience with ATS and HRIS systems. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas:
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Manage and update the Company ATS (iCIMS) and HRIS (ADP), and other company systems
- Ensures all SOPs are up to date and accurately represent workflow
- Oversight for onboarding, policy management in ATS and HRIS systems
- Responds to HR related inquiries regarding benefits, time and attendance, company policies, etc.
- Guides field level management through the employee disciplinary process
- Participates and guides employee relations investigations and works closely with field leaders and HR Management on resolving employee conflicts in a timely manner
- Provides guidance regarding employee counseling to designated region
- Assists in employee terminations over designated region
- Assists in updating job descriptions
- Generates standard and complicated ad hoc HR reports
- Tracks data on various outliers for HR functions
- Tracks company policy acknowledgements
- Handles all employee changes within their designated region, including but not limited to name changes and address changes
- Receives and completes termination requests from management
- Ensures all proper documentation is filed appropriately
- Responds to unemployment claims
- Well versed with Federal, States and local regulations
- Assigns correct access to each system per employees’ position
- Assist with recruitment for open positions in the company using an applicant tracking system (i.e. post open positions on the Careers page, scheduling prescreens as needed)
- Manages new hire requirements, on boarding processes, and employee orientation
- Manages PTO requests and timecard adjustmentsPerforms other related duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced level skillls in Mircosoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, and Excel)
- SHRM certified, a plus
- ATS and HRIS experience with integration experience, required; preferred experience with fully integreted systems
- iCIMS and ADP experience, perferred
