Customer Care Experience Representative III
(Greenville, Mansfield and Lombard)
This position is accountable for delivering fast and effective resolution to urgent and complex customer issues. They act as the primary contact for sales into care.
Customer Care Experience Representatives III are independent and take the initiative to effect results. They recognize the importance of fast and effective resolution in building loyalty, persistence and repeat business. Customer Care Experience Representatives III contact customers to acquire information needed to fully resolve issues and they keep customers, and sales, informed on resolution status through resolution closure. This role support all functions with in the Customer Care Experience Rep I and II roles.
The base salary range for this role is $34-48K Annually

Summary of Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to resolve escalated issues quickly and effectively, improving both loyalty and sales.
- Resolves order issues based on reporting data.
- Monitors and acts on aging orders to ensure both business and customer needs are met.
- Accurately tracks the nature of issues resolved, collects insights from data, supports efforts to identify and address root cause improving processes to reduce/eliminate issue frequency and improved customer experiences.
- Supports the successful execution of service-to-sales (“Team Sell”) strategy and assures achievement of service and sales growth objectives.
- Exercises care within the work environment to prevent injuries. Complies with all company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintains safe and healthy working conditions by ensuring all care reps comply with company safety policies and procedures.
- Other duties as defined and required by the business.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field; equivalent work experience.
- Three years customer service/issue resolution experience.
