Job Title: Senior Accountant
Pay: $45-65/hr
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Location: Hybrid position, 2-3 days/week onsite in Seattle
Duration: 6 month contract
Responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis monthly, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established accounting procedures and policies.
- Responsible for adding new vendors and creating purchase orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Support compliance activities as needed.
- Support SOX testing, quarterly reviews, and annual audit.
- Assist with special projects and other tasks as needed.
What we’re looking for
- A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of operational accounting experience.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Is flexible and adaptable - proven ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
