Job Title - SAP Project Manager- EWM/WM/S4 Hana

ROLE DESCRIPTION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This individual will have complete accountability for Project or Program execution
Managing the scope as per the statement of work
Managing the client relationship
All approvals related to the project
Facilitating the requirements and design sessions
Managing the project execution
Process and Requirements definition and sign off
Functional Design documentation and signed off
Project Planning and Management
Develop project plan in MS Project
Periodic status reporting of the project status
Responsible for User Acceptance and Sign off
Managing billing activities, including
Approval of Timesheets and expenses
Continuous development of internal operating efficiencies, tools, and repeatable methodologies
Develop domain expertise, understanding of industry best practices
Adherence to internal processes and customer-specific project methodologies
Compliance with Knowledge Management processes
Follow onsite and offsite methodologies and contribute to the continuous enhancement of processes
Manage team members reporting on the project
Deliver internal training for the consultants of the company
Prepare and review the Statement of Works
Mentor project managers and consultants
Build relationships with various customer interface points
Achieve customer satisfaction and get customer feedback on the project
Maintain the morale of the team at all times
Multiskilled across applications, technologies, functions, modules
Substantial full-cycle project implementation experience
Familiar with the latest SAP project methodology
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate the billing plan for every month for the project and monitor it against the target and plan
Help SBU Head in retention of existing customer base and creation of new customers
Monitor and Manage risks
Knowledge of Quality processes
Capability to manage multiple projects, mixed technology, practice projects, and multisite projects
Capable to provide an end-to-end solution in one or the Functional or Technical modules
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE
14 plus years of Project Management experience, at least 10 years in SAP
At least 3 end to end SAP implementations including Rollouts
At least one SAP EWM/WM/S4 Hana end-to-end implementation experience- We are considering candidates who have worked in the capacity of EWM/ WM consultant or manage a project where EWM or WM is part of the scope.
Certification in PMP, CPIM, or CSCP or in technical focus area certification would be an added advantage
Advanced degree preferred
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
Techno Commercial knowledge
In-depth understanding of SDLC project and or SAP Oracle Project
Understanding of relevant business processes in Supply Chain, Analytics or Finance
Understanding of relevant Modules and its integration with other module
Knowledge of current technology
Having experience in Auto, Engineering, Discrete, Pharma, CPG, Retail, Oil and Gas, Hitech, Semiconductor
Experience in Supply Chain, logistics, Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning and Distribution
Emerging domain knowledge competencies.
