Willamette Egg Farms, part of Versova's family of companies and a company of families that brings farms together to create "One Team", is looking for a night shift Sanitation Supervisor to join our team. Our expectations for someone in this role include:

In this role, you will assist the Processing Manager in coordinating all activities of Sanitation workers in the Moses Lake Plant.

· Oversee all sanitation duties in the Moses Lake processing facility

· Monitor all registers to see that items are being properly documented.

· Update and maintain all records-(Employee training, Equipment calibrations, etc)

· Perform daily inspections of areas and assure compliance to SSOP’s.

· Monitor all employees for compliance to GMP, OSHA and company regulations.

· Monitor and check temperature records during the 2nd shift, monitor CCPs as needed during second shift.

· Responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe work environment by actively participating in, supporting and enforcing the company health and safety programs

Must-have skills and competencies to be considered:

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Prior work experience leading a team

· Computer literate

· Critical thinker with the ability to solve problems

· Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals and governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, and business correspondence

Bonus points for having the following skills:

· Bilingual English/Spanish

· Food or poultry farm industry experience

· HACCP Certified

· SQF Certified

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
