Team Description

Our Sales and Channel teams share Dropbox Business with companies around the world, helping them understand the power Dropbox has to offer teams at scale. The Sales Strategy team develops insights to assess business performance, and leads initiatives to identify new sources of growth. We work closely with senior sales leaders to develop shared goals, and do the planning and execution necessary to make those goals a reality.

Role Description
As the Manager, Sales Operations on the Revenue Operations Team, you will be a powerful advocate that enables our Inbound and Outbound Sales teams to drive efficient growth. You will be comfortable leading a team, building on a cohesive and collaborative culture, and ensuring high performance through active talent management and training. You will build relationships and communicate easily with cross-functional partners to ensure good operational discipline. You and your team will work closely with stakeholders to critically and proactively identify trends and processes that need improvement, and analyze data from multiple sources to drive the growth and scalability. This position requires a humble, driven, and resourceful team player who can lead and evangelize, but also roll up their sleeves and get the job done when needed.
Responsibilities

Act as a player/coach for a team of high performing individuals that play a variety of key roles including sales administrational and technical support, analysis of data, KPI and trend reporting
Drive data governance by managing and maintaining sales data within SFDC and other sales software
Build and help to standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review
Implement and identity improvement opportunities that promote effective sales processes that enable growth and scalability, while reducing friction and manual operations
Manage and maintain user adoption and adherence to sales process
Create and maintain process, procedure and policy resource documents
Bring strong knowledge of sales technology to advise team through troubleshooting and investigation of issues and technical errors
Manage day to day escalations that may arise and present both short term and long-term solutions to resolve the root cause of these issues to the business
Maintain regular meeting cadence with sales leadership and key stakeholders track and analyze key metrics
Requirements

4+ years of experience in sales operations or sales-related operations role
2+ years of experience building and managing high performing teams
Organizational skills
Superior interpersonal, verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations
An in-depth understanding of sales processes, and prior experience with navigating and progressing complex sales processes and insights with input from multiple cross-functional partners
Proven ability to successfully drive change management
Proficiency in Excel (data filters, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), data analysis, secondary research
Proficiency with CRM (preferably Salesforce) and other sales applications
Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities and rapid change
Strong attention to detail, and superior organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in reporting
Ability to act with limited oversight on day-to-day basis, balancing multiple priorities

Total Rewards

For candidates hired in Colorado, the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is $126,600 - $148,900 - $171,200.
This salary/OTE range represents the low, middle, and high end of the salary or OTE (Sales roles) range for this position, and is subject to change. To determine a Dropboxer’s starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. This position may be considered a promotional opportunity.
Salary/OTE is just one component of Dropbox’s total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
