Success at our organization will be demonstrated by Leadership and Coaching to grow and develop our staff. A successful candidate will demonstate a proven track record in our industry. Used Car Management/Vehicle Acquisition experience is a plus. Dealertrack, Vinsolutions, Rapidrecon and Vauto proficiency is also a plus.
