Job description
¿Hablas español? ¿Eres un profesional de ventas que ha dirigido un equipo?
Do we have your attention? We are seeking a Spanish speaking sales manager to lead our team of sales professionals.
If you are looking for an energetic, positive, team-oriented environment with serious earning potential, then look no further! Godoy Law Office Immigration Lawyers is a fast-growing immigration law firm. Our mission is to help 1 million immigrants make America their home.
We are dedicated to giving our clients an outstanding experience. We love what we do and we work hard- we do not intend to slow down! We need the right kind of leader to step into a supervisory role for our sales team, offer constructive feedback, recruit and train new sales team members, and continually develop and refine our sales system as we continue to grow.
The focus of this job is on achieving results which are aligned with the larger picture of helping immigrants make America their home and achieving our business goals. To be successful you will need to have initiative, coupled with a sense of competitive drive, and the ability to stay focused on the results while constantly problem-solving and engaging the commitment of others.
A leadership style that is firm and goal oriented, and yet motivates, trains, and engages others in an enthusiastic way is important. The emphasis is on results, and effective systems that achieve results through and with people.
If the following describes you, this is the next step in your sales career:
- You are a team player that proactively connects quickly to others; open and sharing. You build and leverage relationships to get work done.
- You are socially-focused, generally empathizing with people, seeing their point of view or understanding their emotions.
- You use positive communication. You enthusiastically persuade and motivate others by considering their point of view and adjusting your delivery.
- You are a leader that is interested in people and building relationships. You thrive in and help contribute to a culture of teamwork. You have an intuitive understanding of team cohesion, dynamics, and interpersonal relations.
- You are confident, independent self-starter with competitive drive, initiative, a sense of urgency, and the ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them.
- You are resourceful and work around most obstacles in the way of what you want to accomplish. You keep at it even when problems pop up.
- You react positively and actively to challenge and pressure and have confidence in your own ability to handle new situations.
- As a manager your focus is not on being the star player. Instead, your focus is on helping our teammates become the star players. It’s on bringing the team together and achieving large goals through them.
These items are non-negotiable:
- You must be fluent in Spanish. Over 50% of our clients are Spanish speakers and we need you to be able to listen to calls, attend meetings, and coach our sales team on all calls.
- You must be willing to held accountable to your goals and actions. We believe that causes lead to effects at this firm. We actively publish weekly results of each team member to our entire team. In this way we are always accountable to each other. We either win as a team or lose as a team.
- You must be willing to learn our proven system of selling legal services and to implement it.
- You must be open to feedback and training from a hands-on law firm owner.
- You must be positive! There’s enough drama and negativity in this area of law – we need someone who can inject some positivity into our clients’ lives. If you complain a lot or like to feed on drama, you will not be happy here.
- You must care about something and have goals in life. We know you are more than what you do for your career. We want to help you achieve your best life through employment at our firm. We believe our relationship is a win/win/win relationship. When you win -- our clients win -- and our entire team wins too.
