Responsibilities
- Acts as a direct liaison to physicians-reporting abnormal findings, obtaining orders etc.
- Participates in orienting new staff.
- Facilitates nursing care to all resident units including distribution of staff.
- Participates in performance improvement studies.
- Promote safety, health and comfort of residents, staff and co-workers
