Job Overview:
The Restaurant Manager for Rooftop LOA must operate with courage, resolve, and a can-do attitude (grit). They will supervise the daily operation of LOA and be present in their are of responsibility during service to ensure a remarkable guest experience. The position of operations manager requires problem solving, confidence, and a passion to learn.

Responsibilities & Duties:
· Work the space actively applying a professional, hands-on approach; unafraid to get hands dirty
· Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to team members, actively facilitating their growth
· Maintain a high level of hospitality towards guests and team members alike
· Recruit, train, and develop team members to meet the standards of the restaurant
· Schedule and direct team members effectively to meet the volume of the restaurant which can change throughout the year
· Organize and conduct effective, and informative pre-shift meetings before each service
· Attend regularly scheduled training accompanying new seasonal menu roll-outs and meetings scheduled throughout the year
· Ensure restaurant is completely set up and spotless before the beginning of service
· Assign and monitor daily and weekly side work duties
· Assist with beverage inventory when prompted
· Work a combination of opening and closing shifts throughout the week
The Ideal Candidate will:
· Have a minimum of 3 years Hospitality experience with at least 1 year of management experience. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THIS QUALIFICATION.
· Have a basic knowledge of Profit and Loss reporting and how you can personally affect the outcome
· Have a passion for providing the highest level of hospitality to our guests
· Conduct themselves with humility and hold themselves personally accountable
· Possess a people first mentality
· Have a basic understanding of computer functions including the Microsoft Office suite of products and financial software
· Have an eye for quality and be able to identify whether or not product is made correctly by simply looking at it
· Have the ability to effectively deal with all manner of guests and situations that may arise during service

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
