We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning the residential units and working closely with other members of the team to keep them clean and organized. We're looking for a responsible person who can effectively communicate detailed observations to their team in a productive manner.

Responsibilities:

• Clean, stock and supply designated areas in thorough detail (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)
• Daily upkeep of common area facilities and office area.
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
• Carry out cleaning tasks and special projects in a timely manner for move-ins.
• Knowledge of safe chemical handling and safety data sheets.
• Be on time.
• Be courteous to customers.
• Have good communication skills and adequate understanding of English.
• Be friendly toward customers.

Pay: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour
