Position starts at $18.00 per hour, with access to full benefits, cost of living raise, above and beyond bonuses, 401k matching and Employee stock ownership after 1 year, and 11 paid holidays per year!

Shift Time of 3pm-12am

Position Summary:

Responsible for working with Residential team to provide students with a safe, clean and structured living environment that fosters student retention, satisfaction, achievement and success. Mentor and monitor students. Contribute to a positive campus culture. Assist with Evening and Weekend Studies program. Provide individualized case management to maintain student enrollment and success in the program.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Advanced degrees preferred.
  • A valid in-State Driver’s License preferred.
  • Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching. Demonstrates the ability to lift 40 pounds and/or the ability to assess the lift load in order to ask for necessary assistance.

We have a variety of staff schedules available including overnights, 2nd shift, and a mixed schedule.
