Resident Services Coordinator - Memory Care (LPN or RN)

Revere Court Memory Care, an assisted living community specializing in memory care located in Portland, Oregon, seeks an experienced Resident Services Coordinator to oversee management of all resident care services including the caregiving team.

The primary goal of the Resident Services Coordinator is to assure that care and services are provided in accordance with current State regulations and company policies and procedures. The ideal applicant will be a seasoned leader with excellent clinical skills and enjoy “hands-on” leadership and teaching, and understands that foremost, this setting isn’t just about nursing care; it’s about knowing your residents and meeting their needs. Revere Court's goal is to be known for compassionate, competent, and person-centered care.

We prefer applicants with a genuine passion for working with older adults suffering from memory loss, a positive “can-do” attitude, desire to be part of an awesome team, a born organizer, someone who handles emergencies with aplomb and a sense of humor.

Qualifications

• Registered or Licensed Nurse with current Oregon license in good standing.
• Has five years nursing experience, preferably in nursing administration, geriatric nursing, rehabilitation, or memory care. (preferred qualification)
• At least one year demonstrated ability in nursing administration and/or supervision in a health community.
• Assisted Living or Memory Care experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate confidently, clearly, concisely and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing to residents, families, employees and physicians.
