EA Consultants (EAC) is seeking a part-time research assistant to conduct program management as well as quantitative and qualitative field research as a part of a project with the University of St. Mary of the Lake (USML). The researcher will coordinate research activities with the University and in 2-3 pilot parishes in the Chicago area. Ideally, the candidate has a strong mastery of statistical software packages and can conduct data analysis in R, SPSS, or Stata as well as Excel. This position is ideal for someone with experience conducting field research, administering surveys, and dealing with sensitive information. The ideal candidate is based in and familiar with Chicago, is willing to travel, and is kind, flexible, friendly, organized, and with good time management skills.

The work is part of a 5-year grant and will be contracted in phases, beginning with an initial 1-year phase. It is expected that candidates work part-time and have flexible availability for in-person meetings for up to 4 hours a day 5 days per month and 2-4 hours a day remotely the remainder of the time.
