Position

• As an Apartment Renovation Project Manager (RPM), you are the #1 reason customers love using Duff. You are the secret weapon that makes their jobs easy by sending everything they need to finish renovations faster. Your role will be to develop relationships with new and existing multifamily customers, and ensure they receive the exact supplies needed to complete maintenance and renovation projects on-time and with no problems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site meetings with apartment managers to determine products and solutions that best serve the needs of their properties
• Generate supply orders for renovations and maintenance stock using all Duff products like cabinets, countertops, doors, blinds, tile, flooring, plumbing, pumps, electrical, lighting and hardware
• Manage the customer order-cycle from incoming calls and sales order entry, to delivery and successful job completion, and ensure 100% customer satisfaction
• Recommend additional Duff products and services to customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• High level of attention to detail, determination, and perseverance
• General knowledge of contractor maintenance, construction and/or kitchen bath remodeling preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
