Job Duties
- Run RCM analysis
- CMMS content: proactive or preventative Maintenance
- Managing Spare parts
- Building and developing asset hierarchy
- Load sheets
- Write repair procedures and upload into CMMS
- Create recommended tasks based off RCM analysis
Accountabilities
- Create and manage asset management programs for non-fixed/rotating equipment
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience working in a process facility on rotating/non-fixed equipment, conducting maintenance
- Proven technical knowledge of non-fixed equipment; ability to communicate with customers about their equipment
- Read and thoroughly understand P&IDs
- Read single line diagrams
- FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis)
- Ability to apply/integrate different approaches to technical/analytical methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically around technical issues
- Strong aptitude for learning new processes and techniques
- RCM experience
- Knowledge on how to conduct an RCA
Equipment and Software Knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills
- Access Database

Working Environment
- Conditions may include working inside and/or outside. May work around office machinery with moving parts and moving objects. Working near radiant and electrical energy. Working closely with others or working alone. Working extended or irregular hours and travelling by all possible modes of transportation.
Physical Job Requirements
- Ability to walk, stand, sit, kneel, push, stoop, reach above the shoulder, grasp, pull, bend repeatedly, climb stairs, identify colors, hear with aid, see, write, count, read, speak, analyze, lift and carry under 30 lbs., and perceive depth.
Tools and PPE Requirements
- Equipment (machines, tools, devices) used in performing the essential job function include but not limited to computers and related equipment, calculators, copiers, fax machines, and telephone.
