Job description
The Recruiter serves as a link between the agency and the client. The recruiter assists with availability of qualified flexible employees through appropriate recruiting and skill matching to achieve total client satisfaction. The recruiter must possess and demonstrate a high-level of professionalism and customer service skills, excellent oral and written communication and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
DUTIES ND RESPONSIBILITIES; include, but are not limited to, the following:
Interacts with associates over the phone and in person
Place associates calling in and informing of their availability on list and in system
Responds to all client communications(checks voicemail and email)
Request payroll hours from client and prepare for payroll department
Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the corresponding parties of any problems that may arise
Identify recruiting needs, develop and release job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards.
Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout application process.
Determine client needs, fill orders by placing appropriately skilled employees on assignments and conduct quality control audits
Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving corresponding parties
Ensure all work orders are entered in system on a daily basis (Coats & PEO)
Distribute all payroll checks, and carry-out adjustments as needed, assist with placing checks in envelopes, and delivering if needed
Schedules meetings, interviews and phone screens
Collate materials relative to hiring, terminations, trainings, etc., maintaining all relevant files, and creating and running reports as needed
Conducts new hire orientations, background checks, drug and alcohol tests
Complete the new employment application process for new associates, including the verification of I9 forms and verification of application references
File employee’s application and related documents
Enter application information in system
Follow Injury/Illness procedures when a work related accident occurs
Attend Job fairs as needed
Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly working environment
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or GED
Computer literate, with experience in Excel and Word
Strong Organizational skills
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
Ability to communicate in Spanish desirable (but not required)
Ability to communicate in English (required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
