RECEPTIONIST – Boynton Beach

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As a member of the IMC Equity team, you will continue to advance our reputation by providing exceptional service to both our internal and external clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Answering and routing all incoming calls through switchboard for multiple companies.
• Welcoming visitors, guests and customers by greeting them and answering or referring inquiries.
• Sorting and distributing incoming faxes, letters, and emails.
• Ensuring continual upkeep inside kitchen, conference rooms, and common areas.
• Managing conference room scheduling.
• Maintaining and managing inventory control of office materials and supplies.
• Performing miscellaneous administrative tasks.

To be a strong fit for this role, you will have:

• 1 year of Receptionist experience.
• Solid computer skills including MS office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and some basic knowledge of Accounting).
• A strong work ethic, internal drive, and detail orientated.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels within the company and build relationships both internally and externally.
• Positive attitude, friendly and welcoming demeanor both on phone and in person.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
