Office Administrator
JOB DESCRIPTION

The Office Administrator is detailed oriented with two to four years’ experience ensuring offices run smoothly and effectively.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Professionally answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate team member. Will transfer a caller to a team member’s voice mailbox when the team member is unavailable.
· Warmly greets visitors, directing them to sign the guest book, and announcing their arrival to the team member they are meeting.
· Takes and retrieves messages for team members.
· Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information.
· Enters customer data in Salesforce.
· Receives, sorts, and forward’s incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications.
· Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of certified or express mail services (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.)
· Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies.
· Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.
· Schedule Appointments.
· Prepare letters, correspondence, and documents.
· Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Required Skills and Experience:

· Direct experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel.
