We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious real estate agents to join our real estate brokerage. As a real estate agent at Block by Block Realty, you will be responsible for representing buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of residential and commercial properties.

Block By Block Realty offers all real estate agents an opportuntiy to choose their own commission split, allowing every agent to keep up-to 100% of the commission earned from your real estate transactions. This is a great opportunity for experienced and new licensed agents looking to maximize their earnings, as well as for those just starting out in the industry who want to build their careers and income.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, and a passion for real estate. A California real estate license is required. if you have passed your DRE state exam, we would love to heart from you too!

What you will do:

• Work with buyers, sellers and private investors to help them navigate the real estate process and make informed decisions
• Market properties to potential buyers and sellers through a variety of channels, including online platforms, social media, and networking events
• Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and local real estate activity
• Maintain accurate records of all real estate transactions

Requirements:

• CALIFORNIA Real estate license
• Self-starter with a passion for real estate
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
