Mass Behavioral Health Center Inc. in Worcester, MA is looking for Social Workers, Mental health counselors, to join our team part time or full time! You will provide emotional and administrative support to clients in either individual or group settings. This is an excellent opportunity for practitioners who have full time jobs and looking for something part time to supplement their income or looking for a new opportunity. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

LICSW, LCSW, and LMHC can apply. We also provide supervision for unlicensed clinicians and student interns and encourage that they apply.

Responsibilities:

*Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history *Develop and execute individual treatment plans *Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress *Communicate client updates to all relevant parties *Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs *Maintain accurate client documentation
