We are a growing fish/seafood manufacturing company seeking driven, dependable, coachable, detailed individuals with integrity to join our Production/Order Fulfillment team.

This position is a dual position, with the majority of time spent in the production area. In Production, you will be responsible for working with the RTE (ready to eat) team to complete each day's production/ packing duties.

A lesser amount of time will be spent in Order Fulfillment, filling orders for wholesale customers. Order Fulfillment takes place in a refrigerated environment and requires individuals to work in coolers with temps between 32-40 degrees. This is usually only a day or 2 during the week.

This is a physical position, meaning you must be able to stand, crouch, and lift objects and parcels throughout your shift. Must be able to fulfill orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Duties- RTE Production:

• Set up for packaging productions
• Portion dips/ spreads following mixing procedures and making sure finished packages are to proper weights
• Stock finished packaged product on inventory carts
• Help keep cooler inventory organized and correctly rotated (Backstock if necessary, depending on stock cart/ shelf capacity)
• Ensure processes are flowing smoothly and efficiently. Make sure things are ready for upcoming production processes or during production.
• Fill in wherever needed to keep facility running smoothly, and make sure things are completed and workload is balanced.
• Help to initiate different ways to improve production processes, grow in efficiency and grow the quality of the products we produce

Job Duties- Order Fulfillment:

• Ensure all materials and equipment are available and ready
• Print order tally sheet and collect individual order paperwork
• Communicate with Sales team on any special orders or tasks
• Compile all products in centralized location
• Pull product for individual orders
• Record weights, lot numbers, and expiration dates for each product on paperwork
• Package/box orders and label boxes for delivery
• Put product for each order in designated location
• Hand in completed paperwork

Support & other projects

-When available, assist other departments as needed.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
