The Production Coordinator will closely work with wholesale, agents, vendors, and manufacturers. They will monitor all procedures of production for on-time delivery including shipping.


What You'll Do

  • Communicate and coordinate with inter-company departments and wholesalers, vendors, agents, and/or manufacturers daily
  • Monitor production progress and shipping status with wholesale, vendors, agents, and/or manufacture
  • Maintain and track project schedules and deliverables.
  • Attend fitting and manage sample status in time.
  • Knowledge of payment terms, payment methods, and shipping conditions.
  • Finalize order information including costing for an official purchase order form.
  • Keep databases & production list up-to-date and ensure information is relayed to the right department
  • Manage shipping and delivery dates, and provide shipping documents to logistic team/courier companies
  • Report properly to superiors regarding any issues for appropriate solutions
  • Other duties as assigned
  • What You'll Need
  • High school diploma/ GED
  • 3-4 years of relevant industry experience
  • Vendor or manufacturer experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and comprehension skills
  • Strong knowledge of fabric, garment construction, measurements, and fitting
  • Full responsibility for daily tasks and detail-oriented.
  • Highly proactive and analytical with superb problem-solving skills
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and take direction effectively
  • Excellent skill in Microsoft -Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint
  • Approach deadlines with a sense of urgency
  • Bilingual preferred: English/Spanish/Korean/Chinese(Mandalin) /Vietnamese
