As the Product Marketing Manager of Product Portfolio Strategy & Marketing on the T-Mobile Home Internet Product Marketing team, you will be taking on the exciting challenge of developing the long-term product portfolio strategy and vision for the T-Mobile Home Internet business, the fastest growing home internet provider in the U.S.

The ideal candidate will drive strategies for new products based on research, market opportunity evaluation, customers pain points and insights, competitive landscape, and other data sources to build a relevant and diversified roadmap of T-Mobile Home Internet solutions and products. You will work together with many different internal teams and external partners across various industries, to build unique products and disruptive value propositions that can exceed customers’ expectations and drive sales and revenue growth.

In addition to providing strategic leadership and guidance, this individual will work with numerous cross-functional teams throughout the T-Mobile organization to lead and facilitate the end-to-end journey of bringing new products to market.

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who has passion for understanding consumer needs/behaviors and discovering innovative solutions to drive product portfolio growth. Candidate should be driven by performance and KPIs, setting clear vision and goals for all products launches in the portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Full P&L management of a multi-billion-dollar portfolio, with weekly, quarterly, annual, and 5-year targets.
  • Responsible for building and optimizing product roadmap based on customer pain points, competitive landscape and business performance
  • In partnership with our cross-functional teams, conduct consumer research, competitive market landscape assessments and analysis on industry trends, to uncover value propositions and benefits that address key paint points that matter to our customers
  • Build product concepts & strategic briefs, define target segments and forecast opportunity size/growth potential for new products
  • Collaborate with internal teams within T-Mobile on defining and developing the overall customer experience, feature set, messaging, GTM plan and consumer facing content
  • In partnership with the Rate Plan, Pricing & Offers team, develop a yearly offers calendar for new products in the portfolio, based on key tentpole moments and opportunities
  • Provide analysis on impact of new product launches on overall business performance in terms of conversion, subscriber growth, revenue growth etc. and opportunities for life-cycle optimization

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Category Management, Product Planning, Portfolio Management, Analytics, or Corporate Strategy, Pricing, FP&A

OR

  • At least 5+ years of experience in a product innovation, product strategy, product marketing or product planning/management role, with experience in developing new, innovative product concepts, ideas, and solutions
  • Requires a proven track-record in scaling multi-billion-dollar portfolios, a high level of financial acumen, and comfortability in presenting to the C-Suite on a regular basis
  • Must have experience in the leading product launches from product inception to implementing post launch optimizations, based on KPIs and performance metrics
  • Consumer insight driven marketer with an entrepreneurial spirit, obsessed with discovering unmet needs of customers
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize and translate data into creative solutions
  • A problem solver with a “roll up your sleeves” mindset who excels in ambiguity

  • Colorado Pay Range: $108,100.00 - $146,200.00

Washington Pay Range : $116,000.00 - $157,000.00

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
