Overview
Technical / Functional Skills: -
- 5+ Years Process Engineer
- Provide team guidance in an Agile mindset.
- Establishing safety procedures for individuals working with products.
- Developing new methods.
- Designing and planning equipment layout.
- Conducting tests and monitoring the process performance throughout production.
- Troubleshooting problems associated with processes.
- Evaluating processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Collect and standardized procedure documentation and create adequate process flow map.
- Build Continual Improvement tracker to ensure enhancement efforts where captured and executed.
Roles & Responsibilities: -
- Create Weekly and Monthly Status reports to Clients and Upper management.
- Team player. Willing and able to work with others, share knowledge and follow directions.
- Gather and provided team updates for stakeholders and leadership
- Discover and research problems, and work with the team to provide acceptable solutions.
Generic Managerial Skills: -
- Should be an excellent Team player, self-starter, multi tasked, detail oriented.
- Excellent Communication and Technical writing skills.
- Should be able to work with people (Business, IT and QA) in requirement gathering sessions/workshops
