Job description

We have an opening for a PRIVATE DINING PROFESSIONAL. This position directs the banquet and private dining areas in the Club. Responsible for setting up and/or supervising set-up of room based on member specifications. Some functions include determining room temperatures to ensure comfortability, alerts maintenance/housekeeping of any room needs/requirements prior to members' arrival. Inspects linen, cleanliness of chairs and carpet and general condition of room. Also holds periodic meetings prior to function to inform wait staff of menu specifications and alerts staff to any special instructions from member/host. Other duties as assigned.

Position requires mobility and dexterity to bend, stoop, grasp, reach, twist, etc. One would be required to stand/walk during entire shift or incorporate all activities into their shift. One must have the ability to lift 50 pounds as well as physical strength to pull equipment.

All staff members who work at the Club should be friendly and always greet members with a smile and address them by name. One should be accommodating and always go the extra mile to see that the member’s needs are met and exceeded. This is a conservative environment. No visible tattoos. Hair should be cut to collar for men. Women must pull their hair back.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.18 per hour
