Our casual dining restaurant is looking for an experienced Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast casual restaurant or bar setting and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The Prep Cook will be responsible for prepping ingredients, following recipes, and ensuring the quality of all food items served. The successful candidate must be able to work independently, have excellent organizational skills, and be able to multitask in a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities:

• Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area including all utensils, equipment, and refrigeration.
• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
• Restock all items as needed throughout the shift.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
