High-Performing Sales Manager - Land Acquisition Fundraising

Texas Republic Management is a dynamic and rapidly growing real estate acquisition company, specializing in acquiring land as an investment. We're seeking a talented Sales Manager who can spearhead our fundraising efforts, secure individual financial partners for land acquisition projects, and contribute to our mission of owning desirable development sites in the path of progress.

Responsibilities:

Fundraising Guru: Develop and implement innovative strategies to raise capital for raw land acquisition projects. Identify and engage potential investors, high-net-worth individuals, and institutions interested in real estate investments.

Relationship Building: Establish and cultivate strong relationships with potential investors, existing partners, and industry stakeholders. Leverage your network and negotiate win-win deals to ensure ongoing financial support for land acquisition projects.

Sales Leadership: Lead a high-performing sales team, setting ambitious targets and providing guidance and mentorship to achieve exceptional results. Drive sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, presentations, and deal closing.

Deal Management: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closing and post-sales relationship management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a successful sales manager in the real estate, investment, or related industry, with a focus on fundraising and securing capital.
  • Fundraising expertise: Demonstrated ability to raise substantial funds through various channels, such as private equity, venture capital, crowdfunding, or institutional investors as well as cold calling.
  • Sales leadership skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team, set ambitious targets, and deliver outstanding results. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Networking prowess: A strong network of potential investors and industry contacts, with a natural ability to build and nurture relationships.
  • Results-driven mindset: A track record of exceeding sales targets, with a hunger for success and a relentless drive to achieve exceptional outcomes.
