Job description

Make fine chocolates with some cookies and a few cakes. This will include measuring out recipes and working with high end chocolate tempering machines. At times, helping in the retail shop when needed. MUST HAVE at least 3 years PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN A RESTAURANT OR BAKERY. This is a FIRM requirement. Experience with chocolate is a plus, but we are prepared to train in chocolate work. Telluride Truffle Artisan Chocolate is an award winning company in its 26th year of operation. We make very beautiful and fun confections. Quality of ingredients is extremely important.

Enjoy working in a clean kitchen with state of the art equipment. If you are used to working in cramped conditions by a hot stove - this work environment will be a welcome change. The entire space is centrally air conditioned which is necessary to work with chocolate.

Great Hours! Don't have to wake up early or stay late. Tuesday-Saturday 10-6. However, later or earlier shifts are also possible.
