We are looking for a candidate passionate about health and wellness to join an amazing team at our new Southern Pines, NC clinic as our Patient Service Coordinator. Do you like helping people? Do you thrive in a busy, goal-oriented work environment?
The Patient Service Coordinator works in a fast-paced environment answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, building connections with our current/future patients, and so much more. We are seeking a team member that strives for excellent service and is excited to bring affordable and convenient chiropractic care to our community.

Schedule Requirements:
- This listing is for a candidate who will work 20-25 hours per week.
- Set Schedule: M-F 9:45 AM - 7:00 PM
- Lunch Break: M-F 2:15 PM - 2:45 PM
- Must be available to work weekends as needed (Sat-Sun 9:45 AM-5:00 PM)
Compensation
- Starting rate is between $14-$17 per hour (based on experience)
- Health insurance available after 90 days of employment for full-time employees - company pays half of your monthly premium rate
- 401 k , 401k matching, profit sharing available after 1 year of employment
- Employees receive a free membership for weekly chiropractic care

As a Patient Service Coordinator, your responsibilities may include:
- Answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls
- Accurately notating patient accounts with information regarding your conversation with a patient
- Addressing customer questions and concerns via a phone call, The Joint Chiropractics SMS platform, or email
- Creating a connection with callers by understanding and engaging the prospective patient/current patient to the fullest
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of current products and services offered by the company
- Contacting leads in our digital database to schedule new patient visits
- Looking for ways to achieve sales and clinic goals and addressing those with other coordinators
- Light cleaning to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of the workspace
- Managing files and ensuring thorough documentation in patient accounts
- Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members.
- Participating in bi-monthly team calls to stay updated on current goals and strategies
- Attending virtual corporate trainings to stay updated on membership options, packages, and promotions.

Preferred Skills:
- Warm, professional, and welcoming phone presence
- Sales experience discussing memberships, pre-paid service packages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to use sound judgment in responding to patient concerns
- Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes
- Must be self-motivated, energetic, and committed
- Call center or customer service resolution experience
- Highly collaborative and relational: values team cohesion and positivity
- Understanding of chiropractic care or other interest in alternative health care
- Able to use office equipment; computer, scanner, fax, and phone system
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and email systems
Additional Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent (associates degree or higher preferred*)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
