Looking for a part time Maintenance person.
Duties include:
Pool chemical balancing and all pool care
General property repairs (dry wall, paint, plumbing, electric)
HVAC and MUA knowledge preferred
Maintaining proper logs for inspections
Must be self-motivated and organized!
Pay starting at $18, or negotiable for skill set.
