Snelling Personnel is recruiting an Office Manager/Accountant for a successful small company in Sallisaw! This position is responsible for some accounting duties, HR benefits administration, and other tasks that are important for the running of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Financial statements
- Monthly management reports
- Bank reconciliations
- Quarterly tax returns
- Prep yearly tax returns for outside CPA filing
- Annual returns - w2s, 1099's and property tax
- Employee benefits
- Equipment financing and registrations
- New employee and contractor processing
- Backup for payroll, accounts payable and invoicing
- Business insurance review and renewal
- Other tasks to assist management with company needs and goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 2-3 years experience in financial statements and taxes
- Strong computer and analytical skills
- Team player
- Mature and Reliable
- Quickbooks experience
Schedule: M-F 8-5
Pay: $22-26/hr DOE + benefits
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
