The Office Manager will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization.
The day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each persons visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
- Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
- Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
- Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
- Performs basic filing and record keeping.
- Ordering office and bathroom supplies
- Orders and tracks supplies and snacks
- Coordination with HR for office breakfasts, lunches, and birthdays
- Organization of storage rooms
- Cleanliness of office to include: Conference rooms, break areas, printer areas, storage rooms
- Maintenance of bathrooms, communal areas, kitchen, conference rooms, etc Maintains Conference Room calendar and bookings
- Check distribution
- Tracking list on mailed checks
- Distribution of all vendor and promoter checks
- Promoters and vendor check sign out sheets
- Keeping track of any address updates for all promoters and vendors
The requirements for this position include but are not limited to:
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
