Job description

Guardian Preservation is seeking an office assistant to be responsible for handling daily tasks, providing client and vendor onboarding and support services, assisting in marketing ventures, and maintaining records/files. You will be answering incoming phone calls and responding to email communications, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, onboarding new vendors and clients, and performing other general office clerk duties as needed. This is an in-office position, we do not work remotely.

  • Handling incoming calls and emails
  • Dispatching work orders
  • Providing Client and Vendor Support
  • Onboarding Subcontractors/Vendors
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents
  • Project Management Assistance
  • Sorting and uploading photos.
  • Estimating and invoice processing
  • Copying, filing, sorting
  • Coordinating events as necessary

Qualified Candidates MUST have 3+ years administrative experience in the construction or home improvement industry and:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be highly organized.
  • Be able to multi-task.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Be punctual and reliable.
  • A high school diploma.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Pass a background check.
  • A positive attitude!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • On call

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ste. 508 Upland, CA 91786: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
