Occupational Therapists - PRN
Now hiring Occupational Therapists! Care IV Home Health is now hiring Occupational Therapists for PRN home health visits in central Arkansas. Duties may include, but are not necessarily limited to:
- Visit patients in the comfort of their homes and assisted living facilities
- Create occupational therapy care plans, performing OT, documenting / charting patient progress, updating Therapy Director on patient status, admitting/discharging patients, etc.
- Other OT duties as assigned
Desired experience:
- Occupational Therapist actively licensed or registered in the state of Arkansas
- Previous acute OT experience required (minimum 6 mos OT experience required)
- Home Health experience a plus, but not required
- As a healthcare provider in compliance with CMS guidelines & conditions of participation, we require a COVID vaccine as a condition of employment (absent reasonable accommodations)
