Job Description

Under the direction of the Site Supervisor, the LPN will provide nursing supervision of Psychiatric/medical conditions for the residents at small 6-bed personal care home. This program is located in a single family home in pleasant neighborhood setting and we specialize in assisting residents that have a mental health diagnosis. The LPN will provide support for the daily function of the program, administer/document medication and therapeutic treatments as per prescribers' orders and attend medical appointments, as needed, with the residents. They will also perform daily household duties such as: meal preparation, cleaning and support to residents.

Earn $47,000 annually.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Graduate from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program
• Current license as an LPN in the Commonwealth of PA
• One year of nursing experience preferred
• One year of supervisory experience preferred
