General Description: Responsible for multimedia coverage to highlight Knowledge Management (KM) successes and capabilities supporting the Office of the Chief Knowledge Officer (OCKO) throughout US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC). KM multimedia packages will be in the form of recording/capturing Senior Leader Interviews, training courses, vignettes, good news stories, and documentaries.
Specific Duties: Provide multimedia support to TRADOC OCKO
- Conceptualize, plan, shoot, and edit various types of video content to support KM capabilities
- Collaborate with teams to develop and execute video projects that align with customer requirements
- Manage pre-production tasks such as storyboarding, location scouting, and lighting setup.
- Edit raw footage into a polished and cohesive final product, incorporating B Roll, color correction, and sound design
- Create visual effects and animations to enhance video content.
- Evaluate and recommend new multimedia technology and equipment
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Graphic Design knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of videography equipment, camera settings, lighting, and audio recording
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Demonstrated ability to produce timely, high-quality deliverables
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment, multi-task, and prioritize requirements
