The State of Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is seeking applications from qualified individuals to fill several part-time Motor Vehicle Examiner openings at our Contact Center.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
- Monday - Friday
- Part Time (34 hours per week) with the following schedule: Monday - 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday - 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- First shift
- Location: Wethersfield

THE ROLE
These are exciting opportunities to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customer contact. Incumbents will be assisting, providing supportive communication, and following up on inquiries from the community on their motor vehicle needs. Incumbents will also be providing appropriate customer service according to the applicable laws, polices, and procedures. We are looking for detail-oriented people with excellent customer service skills.

- Experience answering questions, researching inquiries and providing responses according to the motor vehicle policies and procedures
