The Model Porter is required to maintain venue cleanliness at all times. Model Porters are required to sweep all debris from the floor and keep the floor dry and free of spills. All soiled cups are to be picked up and taken to the back of the house to be washed. All debris and trash (bottles, napkins, etc.) needs to be picked up and disposed of appropriately. All bio hazard spills need to be cleaned in a timely manner while observing health and venue guidelines. Markets the venues and services offered to a targeted customer base. Focuses on the development of a personal clientele list. Performs in a public relations capacity when promoting The Company.

OMNIA Nightclub’s main club is the room where the story reaches its peak: multiple layers, an expansive dance floor for 2,500 fellow revelers, antique mirrors, seats of rich leather – all underneath a gigantic kinetic LED chandelier that ascends, descends, morphs and transforms to the beat of the night. A full lighting system is the lifeblood of the room, creating astounding moments of pulse and flow that highlight every second of the experience. A VIP balcony space provides a revelry point of unprecedented technological wonder. The space also features three bars, including a dedicated bar for VIPs on the balcony, all under a soaringly dramatic operatic dome.

Maintain highest level possible of cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the area of responsibility, which will meet or exceed Federal, State, and Local standards- Comply with all safety and health department procedures
- Keep table tops, floors and service areas clean/free of dirty glasses, dirty ashtrays, trash and any unnecessary items throughout shift
- Keep service station and service equipment storage clean and organized
- Sweep all debris from the floor and maintain the floor dry and free of spills. Wipe spills in a timely efficient manner and place all trash in proper receptacles
- Record and report any equipment failure and/or safety hazards to a Manager immediately
- All soiled cups are to be picked up and taken to the back of the house to be washed

- Practice proper food handling procedures
- Separate all ware and store properly in designated areas
- Efficiently work with materials and/or resources being aware of and minimizing costs and expenses
- Maintain equipment quality thru preventative maintenance and cleaning
- Attention to detail on areas of grease, grime, proper storage, stacking heights, chemical usage and storage, etc.
- Follow cleaning schedule and closing list thoroughly
- Ensures bus tubs are kept level and not filled to overflowing with glassware and dishware
- Assist with loading/unloading of miscellaneous equipment, such as boxes, food and beverage product
- Assist with the movement of tables/chairs through venue as needed and dictated by service and Management direction
- Working knowledge of product identification
- Assist in set-up, service, and break down of areas as assigned for banquets
- Communicate effectively on all levels. Report problems and concerns with machinery to the Executive Chef
- Perform related duties as assigned
- Comply with all safety and health department procedures as well as HAKKASAN and/or departmental policies/procedures
- Ability to participate in service as dictated by company philosophy
- Assist all other team members as needed
- Assists and/ or completes additional tasks as assigned
The marketing and promotional requirements as described below are representative of the minimum requirements of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Must have and maintain a Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram page used for work which identifies the property
- Employees must like, comment, share, post on each platform (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram), as well as execute 1 activity on each platform for every scheduled non-banquet shift on the clock.
- Pose for pictures as requested by management
- Must market and promote all venue specific events
- Must adhere to all specified marketing requirements and guidelines as listed above

EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid Driver’s License
- 21+ years of age
- Possession of/or ability to possess all state/venue required work cards
- Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Union MOA and Company standards
WORKING KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
- Familiarity working in high volume Nightclub, kitchen, bar, lounge and/or restaurant
- Opening/closing duties
- Work any day of the week and any shift
