Well known & prestigious medical facility located in Midtown Manhattan NY, which is also one of the nation’s premier academic medical centers with a mission to serve, teach & discover is seeking highly motivated, qualified Mobility Technical Specialist to join their internal IT Department in Manhattan during their normal business hours shifts 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri. for at least the next 3-6 months. Candidates must be able to support the job description below and have knowledge & experience supporting normal end-user mobil device support issues in the corporate environment. Requirements:

Mobility Solution Technician / Engineer (80% onsite work):

• Provide technical support for iOS, and Android devices.
• Participated in support, testing, deployment, and go-lives.
• Previous healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
• Facilitate, Present, and lead technical discussions with technical SMEs as well as customers and other stakeholders.
• Review existing solution designs, propose enhancements, and secure them.
• Understanding of iOS/Android/Linux/ARM smartphone hardware and software stack with deeper technical knowledge in of the following:VMware Workspace ONE MDM.

VMware Workspace ONE Intelligence and DEEM.Samsung Knox Service Plugin and EFOTA.Understanding of iOS/Android zero‑touch enrollment.Understanding of Zero Trust Security.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
