Compass Behavioral Health Clinic (CBHC), a division of Rock Valley Community Programs, Inc. (RVCP) is a state-certified clinic providing outpatient substance use disorder and mental health treatment, including medication-assisted treatment to clients residing in RVCP Residential Re-entry Center.

CBHC is an expanding outpatient clinic with a passion for providing superior client care. Our vision is to create a multi-specialty outpatient clinic that offers top-of-the-line behavioral health treatment options. CBHC’s focus is on providing the services our community needs. This includes serving adults under the supervision of the Federal Bureau of Prisons or Wisconsin Department of Corrections, and others residing at RVCP in need of behavioral health services.

Credentials Required: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or CSAC, Master's degree. In-training licensure in any of the listed credentials will be considered.

Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Flexible Hours, Salary Negotiable. Part-time positions may be possible depending upon availability.

About the Role

• Conduct Culturally Sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and families.
• Provide individual and family therapy to clients based on identified needs.
• Complete billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within specified time frames.
• Develop crisis plans, safety plans (when needed), relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to support the maintenance of stable functioning.
• Create a discharge plan.
• Adhere to all current federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, as well as CBHC policies and procedures.
• Work to maintain professional competence and skills via training and continuing education.
• Participate in case consultation and agency meetings.
• Complete all licensure and mandatory training.
