Applicant will be working with Two Surgeon and Two PA's
Responsibilities
- Front Desk Position with ability to check benefits, collect co pay, and enter data. Answer phone calls.
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Update and file medical records and insurance report
- Scanning documents
- Getting authorization for office visit / Procedures
Skills
- Prefer previous working experience as a medical assistant.
- Knowledge of medical office management systems and PPO/HMO
- Knowledge of Authorization from HMO
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
