Kenny Ross Mazda is in need of a Mazda Certified Master Technician. We will pay for your training and help you advance your technical skills. We also guarantee that we will increase your hourly rate and income, starting with a signing bonus of up to $15,000!

Job Duties:

-Evaluate customers’ needs, working quickly & efficiently

-Master products, services, & company knowledge

-Maintain a clean & safe workplace

-Test parts & systems to ensure that they are working properly

-Identify mechanical problems

-Perform basic care & maintenance, including oil changes, tune-ups, & tire rotations as needed

-Disassemble & reassemble parts; repair or replace worn parts

-Use testing equipment to ensure that repairs & maintenance are effective

-Explain to customers their automotive problems and the repairs performed on their vehicle

Qualifications:

-Must have state & emissions license

-Experienced knowledge of automobiles

-Effective analytical & communication skills

-Ability to learn new technology, along with repair & service procedures and specifications

-Able to efficiently operate electronic diagnostic equipment

-Detail oriented and capable of high-quality repair

-Minimum of 1 year as Mazda Master Tech

-Able to, and enjoy, working in a fast-paced environment

-Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time

-Basic computer skills

-Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
