Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities:

One of the biggest gaps that the marketing team is facing is not closing the loop on campaign and project performance. As SWACU continues to grow, this position will help better target members for products, and identify opportunities to increase the relationship.

Campaign Reporting & Dashboard

  • Execute marketing research for campaigns, strategies, product development and target marketing
  • Provides post-campaign reporting for management and tracks trends for similar campaigns
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to develop recommendations to increase products, sales, programs, and services within the organization
  • Comfortable working with modern data science technologies
  • Create compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reports
  • Able to clearly communicate results and present them at a high level
  • Solves routine and complex business questions and produces current and relevant data regarding member growth, behavior, account usage, account profitability, trends and preferences, strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities
  • Able to measure performance, KPIs and initiative ROI
  • Presents data sets for A/B testing as required
  • Knowledge of digital advertising and methods

Report (Data) Management & Requests

  • Identifies specific data needs and creates requests to other departments in a timely manner
  • Manages marketing report requests
  • Houses marketing data within ARCU, Synapsis and other programs as necessary
  • Collaborate with departments to identify reporting needs and create reports to enhance business operations

Competitor Insights

  • Monitor competitors for trends, rates, and products
  • Aid in product development
  • Completes deposit and loan analysis monthly

Trends & Market Opportunities

  • Monitor financial institutions for unique products, services, and software
  • Understand funnels and be able to measure performance
  • Position SWACU to monitor FI’s of $1B+ asset size

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Statistics or Data Intelligence and at least 1 year experience in digital marketing required
  • Demonstrated working knowledge data analytics required
  • Provide reporting on multiple platforms
  • Adept at understanding ever changing digital trends and new technologies
  • Familiarity with online banking trends and applications in the financial space is a plus
  • Strong communication skills including written, verbal and listening
  • Must be able to engage in problem-solving, and help identify and solve potential issues
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize
  • Effective time management
  • Strong Attention to detail
  • All qualified candidates must pass a credit and background check

Pay:

$55k – $60k per year DOE

Business hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (This is an in-office position)
