Greetings from The Hook Outlet, California's first cannabis outlet.

We are seeking to hire Bold, Driven, Spirited, Collaborative, and Resourceful individuals who resemble our core values and are passionate about cannabis. Our mission is to provide fabulous weed at outlet prices, while cultivating an atmosphere that is fun, inclusive, and memorable. The Hook is a fast paced work environment and our clientele is diverse. We are looking for individuals who are strong team players with high energy and a sense of urgency, cannabis knowledge and customer service experience, along with a positive attitude. We have openings in Watsonville at our 11 Hanger Way location and in Capitola at our 4170 Gross Road Ext. location.

Cannabis Consultant:

* Previous cannabis industry experience preferred, but not required

* Spanish speaking preferred, but not required

Job Duties

* Provide the highest level of customer service possible

* Maintain a positive and groovy work environment

* Assist guests with building orders that are best suited for their needs and budget

* Have exemplary product and industry knowledge

* Be proficient in the POS system and customer communication platforms

* Build orders efficiently and fulfill them correctly 100% of the time

* Be expert in the laws and regulations governing recreational and medicinal cannabis, including but not limited to daily purchase limits

* This job has a starting pay rate of $16/hour +Tips
