  • Support IT leadership in developing a project delivery culture focused on clear objectives and attainment of quality, cost, and timing commitments.
  • Develop and monitor processes for internal IT administration such as contract management, licensing, and CMDB.
  • Participate in the project intake and prioritization process that manages all demands for IT projects.
  • Partner with Atkore's Solution Architect, IT Functional Managers and BA's, and Master Data Manager to deliver results.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you bring:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related/relevant field.
  • Experience delivering small and large-scale IT initiatives and a history of results in facilitating teams to meet delivery commitments with both on-prem and cloud implementations in a manufacturing setting.
  • A track record of successful implementations, particularly in the transformation of legacy business processes and IT systems to standardized and common solutions deployed at multiple facilities.
  • Experience using established project management principles such as Waterfall, Agile, and PMBOK to meet quality, cost, and timing goals of enterprise-level initiatives.
  • Experience developing and leading projects and mentoring other project managers.
  • Experience utilizing major consulting and integration firms to staff and deliver.
  • Experience with Oracle JD Edwards implementations.

Within 3 months, you’ll:

  • Complete your new hire “Immersion” so that you are ready to rock in your new role.
  • Have developed relationships with the key stakeholders for this role.
  • Be a member of several IT project teams where you are actively participating and supporting the team.

Within 6-months, you’ll:

  • Be able to autonomously identify the required work to be completed and prioritize those items accordingly.
