Maintenance Technician
Job description
The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Pawling is currently seeking a skilled Full-Time Maintenance Tech. This position is Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4PM
Candidate should be have working knowledge of general maintenance including electrical and plumbing.
Mainteneance Tech Duties Include:
- Painting Resident rooms and other parts of the facility.
- Minor repairs.
- Assisting with moving materials.
- Shoveling, racking, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by Maintenance Dirctor.
Maintenance Tech Requirements Include:
- Ability to lift and move at least 50lbs.
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to work in the United States.
- Must be able to work as a team member.
- Must be willing to work weekends.
