SierTek Ltd. is seeking a Library Technician to support an opportunity at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio.

Position Overview:

The Library Registrar Technician will assist the lead medical librarian in the inventory of the library collection.

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist academic management staff with planning, organizing, and developing current and long-range scheduling for all formal courses, and manages quotas for the USAFSAM education and training program
• Serve as an advisor for USAFSAM data in the Air Force Military Personnel Data system (MilPDS)
• Program, manage, and distribute allocations of funded and unfunded student quotas to MAJCOM and functional training managers for USAFSAM courses through OTA/MilPDS
• Track student registrations for 10 -15 courses
• Approve course requests daily
• Approve and/or deny requests past registration deadlines
• Monitor Waitlists
• Create training line numbers (TLN)
• Route justifications for late registration (JLR)
• Coordinate with other team members with scheduling, org boxes, and Ad Hoc reports
• Monitor business line and voicemails/respond and answer questions when appropriate

Minimum Position Requirements:

• Contractor must have experience in scheduling and educational course management
• Be able to coordinate and interact with internal and external customers
• Have knowledge of Blackboard learning management and GeniusSIS student information database systems
• Must be able to obtain a NACI (Tier 1) clearance.
